A complex of multi-storied buildings with towers ranging from 45 stories to 72 stories (up to 900 ft. high) with a gross built-up area of 7,000,000 sq. ft. is envisaged. Noor Durrani & Associated (NDA) was commissioned as a Local Consultant for Structural and Geotechnical Design and Resident supervision (Excavated level 57 ft. below Road Level). NDA Designed, Supervised and Evaluated Full Scale Pile Load Tests on 1200mm bored cast in situ piles with a working load  of 750 tons (ultimate load 1500tons). This is the heaviest pile load test carried out in Pakistan to date.
